Marvellous and stunning location so close to superb restaurants and cafés, cafés and the long promenade, everything perfect. Accommodating staff, and the best host ever. Room with well equipped kitchen as well as good view. Vews right on seafront. Location in centre. 10 minutes walk to Palac...

It's nice apartment right by restaurants, shops and beach and the sea, liked it. Though the whole experience was excellent, beds were not comfortable.

Well, the bathroom was a little small.

Perfectly comfortable location really close to restaurants, shops and beach as well as the long promenade, everything perfect. Very friendly staff with very useful tips. Views right on seafront, very clean beds. Large bathroom there. Easy to get to Cafe Gajo, located within 5 minutes on foot. Great price for beautiful and nice place.

Bad free Wi-Fi.

I chose Luxury Apartments Perko because I really wanted to visit the 1500 Year Old Olive Tree. The hotel's location on the seafront in Kaštel Stari was perfect for exploring this landmark. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is free onsite parking available. This feature made it very convenient for me to explore other nearby attractions and enjoy the numerous cafes and restaurants in the area.

The hotel was also conveniently accessible for seniors, with comfortable seating areas and easy access to the various facilities. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated these thoughtful details.

I would have loved to see some beach towels provided for the guests, especially for senior people like myself who enjoy spending time by the water. It would have been wonderful to have the convenience of having towels available for use during our beach outings.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We had an absolute blast at this fantastic apartment! The location was unreal, right by the breathtaking sea, and the bus stop to Split/Trogir/Airport was a stone's throw away. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the pictures, mind-blowingly beautiful. The host, Anita, was incredibly friendly and made our stay unforgettable. Getting the keys was a breeze, and the complimentary bottle of wine and water made us feel super welcome. We loved the convenient on-site restaurant with its excellent breakfast menu. The evening live music was delightful and didn't disturb us as it ended at 11 pm. We can't recommend staying here enough!
